I,[redacted], daughter of [redacted] Sr. would like to register a complaint against the office of Dr.[redacted]. Dr. [redacted] is located at [redacted] Rd. [redacted] 1 Memphis, Tn XXXXX, (XXX) XXX-XXXX. My father 81- years old has been fitted for a partial (denture)and has paid the full amount; however, as of now he has not received this item and it has now been 7 months. He would now like to cancel and get his money refunded from Dr. [redacted]. My father, Mr. Anthony, has received no response regarding this matter. He simply wants his money back.This matter started in June of 2013, and has become quite frustrating because they won't even attempt to correspond with him. The manager's name is Ms. [redacted] She apparently refuses to resolve the problem. I personally contacted the office daily and was given the runaround each time.
