This is a complaint against how our property is being handled. On June 14, we signed our lease to begin on June 15. On June 15, I completed the move-in inspection where I noted the items that needed to be fixed to the maintenance man ***. He assured me all would be fixed prior to us moving in. Today is August 25 and these things still have not been fixed. I have sent numerous emails to ***, the owner, as well as left him multiple voicemails. We have had an issue with mold and leaks that have gone unresolved. Our stove doesn't work properly. *** gives me the run around making promises that are unkept and *** doesn't answer the phone or emails.
Finish the job I would like all outstanding items to be completed. Fix stove have the tree branches cut back re-seal the patio wood make sure that we had garage remotes replace the screen in one of the bedrooms since it has a huge hole in it install the blinds in the living room since there are none Fix area behind washer that had mold Install all missing doors
