Revdex.com spoke with the owner of the business who explained that the color she picked was different when it was actually applied because nail color shows up differently on natural nails than it does on fake nails. He said that he would be happy to redo her nails at no cost to her, or to refund the cost...
of the work that was done.
Review: Called and spoke with manager regarding unsatisfied gel manicure, and scheduled an appointment for repair (not enough coats were applied causing nail chipping within 5 days; gel nails are advertised and personally experienced to last at least 2 weeks - month). Upon arrival, increased volume of customers developed causing a delay of my appointment by 1 hour, while soaking acetone on my nails throughout this wait. I am 5 months pregnant, being in this atmosphere is not healthy hence my confirmed appointment. Upon completion, the same results occurred of non matching color compared to advertised model; technician stated he had been instructed to apply 3 coats and he could not do anything further. After speaking with management he stated I should have been told the color would not match exactly due to a fake nail versus a natural nail; this had not occured/been communicated in english. Also, a mass amount of the Chinese language was spoken without any direct communication to myself nor a greeting upon my arrival after initially calling to file a formal complaint to the manager. I would not recommend this salon due to its unfriendly customer service, false advertisement of colors, undurabile products, and inability to properly satisfy customer complaints. A total of three hours were wasted as well as $35.Desired Settlement: A refund of $35.
