I suspect this is a mistaken identity or a complaint I made an attempt to call the phone number provided but that number does not appear to be working HC&R has one person who answers the phone, without any exception! The person answering is not a female, nor does or has
HC&R previously employeed anyone by the name mentioned in the complaint nor have they employeed anyone with a name remotely similar HC&R is a small company yet capable of executing large projects in a timely manner, and we take great pride in satisfying our customers One person only sells projects and we are not familiar with the project mentioned In the last year we have completed a large custom home, and we have completed several large home renovations We welcome the person to call us directly and leave a message or discuss this complaint with us so they can correct their mistake and file their complaint about the contractor who failed to satisfy them.Thank you,Vincent A***###-###-####
