This dealership is very professional, kind and not pushy. I love this dealership. They always have wonderful selection of vehicles. My whole family purchases vehicles from them. I rate them an A++
Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! We took our Buick Enclave in to get a recalled water pump replaced. After picking up our vehicle the ride was extremely bumpy and jerky. We called the dealership which said that was normal for the struts to get stretched after a car has been hoisted and it will go back to normal within a day or two. A week later I called and told them it was the same. After bringing it back in the mechanic said that he had never seen the struts not go back to normal before. After driving it for another week with the same issue I asked for them to replace the struts. He said he could but it would cost me $700. I asked how this is possible, being that they caused the issue when hoisting the vehicle. I was never given a satisfactory answer, just that this occurs very rarely, and since the vehicle was over 3 years old they wouldn't cover it, even though he pointed out that it had very low miles for its age. After multiple complaints they said that they would cover 20% of the cost. So I took it in to get a recall done, and left with a $700 issue that they would not make right. When I talked to an independent mechanic to see if this sounded right. He could not believe that they wouldn't cover the issue. He said that if this is something that could have even possibly happened all that they would have had to do was hoist the vehicle by the body instead of the undercarriage. Needless to say I AM NOT HAPPY, and will never go back there. Hopefully you read this before taking your vehicle in and have a similar issue.
