I am rejecting this response because:*** *** is my wifeThe "tech" that didn't hear anything obviously doesn't know what he is doingThe noise was as clear as dayAnd besides, if he didn't hear anything then why would he tell me it's for the car to be making the noise? Obviously a liarI took the car in within a week of our purchase to have it fixed under warranty and I was turned awayWhy would I bring it back when they told me the noise was behavior? If Lee Miller doesn't want to do the right thing and refund us then I have no problem taking this matter to court - with proofI would rather spend more money in legal fees to see justice than be blatantly ripped off and lied to

This warranty covers the engine, transmission, and rear only. At the time of purchase, the customer did not know how to drive a vehicle with a manual transmission. A dealership employee had to deliver the vehicle to the customer's residence. When the vehicle was brought in to diagnose a noise after purchase, the tech found no noise present while road testing the vehicle with the customer. The customer never brought the vehicle back with any other complaints of a noise. This vehicle was sold almost a year ago, to someone unfamiliar with a manual transmission, and we do not feel we are obligated to offer any monetary compensation towards the clutch repairs.
