April 14, 2015Dear [redacted] I am very sorry for service that you received while ordering your wedding band This is not the service that you should expect when shopping at Lee Michaels We have been in business for over years and pride ourselves in delivering a great experience Unfortunately, We dropped the ball in this situation on many different levels and I apologize After receiving your note, we were able to courier your ring to your home within two business days I’m pleased that you have shared with me that you have received the ring and it fits nicely Due to the inconvenience, we have chosen to credit your credit card for the charges It seems the least we can do Also, we delivered a gift card to you for your use in hopes that you will give us another opportunity to serve you Please know how much we value you as a customer I look forward to seeing you next time you are in the area, please stop in so I can apologize in person Best, [redacted] ***General Manager

Review: On March 7, 2015 I purchased a men's tungsten carbide wedding band. I paid for the item in full (invoice number 950378, $244.69 total after tax). The salesperson said the item would be shipped to my home.I was told that the item should arrive in 2 weeks, 3 week maximum. After 3 and a half weeks, I called the store, and they claimed that the item had just arrived. They claimed that there was no record that the item was to be shipped to me, but that they would ship it anyway. The person I spoke to on the phone said he would notify my original salesperson. I requested that she call me with the shipping number for my item.It has been a week and a half since then, and I have not received that call nor the item. I have called the store on several occasions since then, but no one has answered and there is no answering machine on which to leave a message.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the item that I paid for.
