*** *** and I purchased back in Jan had maybe a month couch broke just got it fixed this month now they ordered a mother for the recliner which is broke and has been for sometime I called in spoke with them a tech cones out orders parts and takes for every to come back since he left the other day now the other side of couch is broke and not working I have a very high balance for this furniture and have asked to have it replaced or something taking off the bill for all the hassle of not being able to use the furniture and how embarrassing it is to have company over and have to sit in the floor or not be able to use the furniture we paid for They tell me the tech will be in touch to look at it It has been long enough and the furniture just keeps breaking over and over I'm very disappointed with the response of Johnson's furniture they was quick to sell the product but very slow and getting someone out to get it fixed I have called numerous times over the same issues
