No immediate refund was given after I verbally cancelled my Home Maintenance PlanI called the company and found out the plan was never set up I had an appointment with the Lee Company to repair a nail hole in my air conditioning line set on 5/24/After the work was completed the air was working as good as beforeThey charged me $which included the $home maintenance planVery expensive if you ask meA day or so later I went to inspect the work done in the attic and observed that in the process of fixing the leak they damaged my property and did not clean the work site properlyAfter speaking with the local managers about my disappointment with the workmanship an appointment was set to clean up the work siteThe damage could not be avoided according to the local manager of Lee CompanyI don't believe that to be trueThe local manager assured me that he would take care of the situationHe stated that I would receive an additional 10% off and cancel my mainten

When the A/C goes out in August in the South, it's a crisis! I called Lee Cowhen I realized my unit was not working, around noon They said they would "work me in" today By 5:PM my A/C was working and cooling the house! Many thanks to Lee Co and their fine technicians!
