Lee's Appliance Depot

Our Samsung washer had developed a leak every time we ran a load. We therefore took advantage of Mr. Lee's "pick up and fix" service where they pick up your washer, bring it into their shop, diagnose the problem and fix it before bringing it back.

Anyone knows it is very distressing to not have a working washer as your supply of clean underwear is dwindling. I therefore proceeded to call Mr. Lee's business the following two days to find out if they had identified the problem. Initially they would tell me "Mr. Lee hasn't figured it out yet." but then they proceeded to not return my calls for the FOLLOWING FOUR DAYS after that. I was convinced they were screening or had blocked my calls.

SEVEN DAYS after they had picked up our washer my wife finally got through by calling from her cell phone instead and they magically picked up the first try. She spoke to Mr. Lee so magically stated that he had fixed the problem, it would be 240 bucks, and that they would deliver it that same day.

When we got the washer back, not only was it MISSING THE DETERGENT LOADING TRAY BUT IT WAS STILL LEAKING.

I called the following few days to tell them this but, again, they would never answer the phone when I called. My wife finally got through a few days later and when she told Mr. Lee it was still leaking all he said was "well it was working when I sent it back to you." My wife then asked for our detergent tray back. Mr. Lee then said he would have the "secretary call back" to arrange a pickup and we never heard from him again (surprise surprise).
Please do yourself a favor and never do business with them.
