The defective blade was replaced as said with no chargeThe labor charges were because the customer hit an object and proceeded to turn the mower on its side.Oil had gotten into the carb and fuel system and it needed to be cleaned.These charges are not covered under warranty.This mower had excessive wear and tear[used probably 50-times] and the customer just wanted a new mower.That is not our responsibility and we would not be reimbursed.Tell us why here
