Good Afternoon Here is our response to the above complaint: Per the lease agreement signed by the resident dated 12/10/2014, resident was required to give written day notice prior to moving out or they would be charged an Insufficient Notice Fee The resident’s lease ended on 5/31/ Written notice was received by Ledgestone Apartments on 5/11/ Resident moved out on 5/23/ As you can see these dates do not meet the terms of our lease agreementOn March 15, 2015, resident received an announcement posted on their door from Ledgestone Management letting them know that Ledgestone Apartments was not affiliated with Basin Corporate Housing Regardless of when the furniture was removed from their apartment, they still did not meet the terms of the lease agreementTherefore, the resident is not entitled to receive their deposit back It has been applied to the Insufficient Notice Fee Please see attached lease agreement and announcementThank you, Becky P [redacted] District ManagerCrestline Building [redacted]

5/31/2015.  Written notice was received by Ledgestone Apartments on 5/11/2015.  Resident moved out on 5/23/2015.  As you can see these dates do not meet the terms of our lease agreement. On March 15, 2015, resident received an announcement posted on their door from Ledgestone Management letting them know that Ledgestone Apartments was not affiliated with Basin Corporate Housing.  Regardless of when the furniture was removed from their apartment, they still did not meet the terms of the lease agreement. Therefore, the resident is not entitled to receive their deposit back.  It has been applied to the Insufficient Notice Fee.  Please see attached lease agreement and announcement. Thank you, Becky P[redacted]District ManagerCrestline Building[redacted]
