Review: We signed a contract with Ledgercare for payroll services, including bringing all payroll balances forward, so that payroll numbers would be accurate. We paid extra for this service in advance. Ledgercare then completed and submitted our 941's neglecting to include start up numbers. All of our payroll submittals had inaccurate values, incurring fines to our organization and late fees. There excuse "the man who offered you that service no longer works for us". I signed a contract for this service, paid in advance...oh and by the way anyone whose ever seen a payroll check understands that year to date means "all payroll from January 1 to present!! This organization is fraudulent in it's representation as a payroll service. Their staff has no knowledge of payroll processes.
