Review: Mrs. [redacted] is a very unprofessional women. I told her that I wanted to add my son to my income tax return as a dependent and she said that was fine, I then later get a call from her stating that it was to late and that she would need to do an amended tax form. I told her fine let's do it. She then made me think that she filed my tax forms. She told me that she would have me sign an agreement stating that I would pay her, when in fact she never did, but what she did do was lie on tax forms! She made me think that she did file them when in reality she did not. I have been waiting for over 3 months for something from her. When I call she does not return calls and she is rude and uncaring to her clients. If she lied on my forms she can be lieing on others.Desired Settlement: I want other people to not be taken advantage of. Close her down!
