Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me if a full refund is made to my card. Regarding the email they implied they sent  was untrue I did not receive a email stating that the order was placed in back order they should print that proof and they never responded to any of my emails sent or messages left. A very poor way to conduct business and would never recommend them to anyone! Regards, [redacted]
