This is a response to complaint ID [redacted] , regarding [redacted] I am aware this case is probably closed at this point since this case was submitted back on 2/17/This complaint just crossed my desk and I want to inform the Revdex.com that we have reached a resolution with *** [redacted] .Leckner Nissan of Springfield used a vender ( [redacted] ) to install a keyless remote entry system on [redacted] 's Nissan [redacted] ***The keyless remote entry is still under its one-year warrantyDuring the transaction [redacted] was misinformed of the complete functional capabilities of this systemLeckner Nissan of Springfield understands the frustration of the customer due to system lacking certain desired functions and other inconvenient glitchesSince the system is still under warranty, [redacted] has agreed to schedule an appointment with [redacted] to have them look at the vehicle to fix the lock/system glitchesLeckner Nissan of Springfield has agreed to refund [redacted] the $700, the cost of the system.Please contact me should you have any further concerns or questions.Best,Chianti R***Owner Loyalty ManagerLeckner Nissan Of SpringfieldAmherst Ave
