Leckner Ford of Woodstock

Since May 23 2019 I’ve been given the run around for my refund of maintenance plan through Ford.
I traded in my 2018 Ford Explorer on May 23 2019 for another Ford at a different location.
I submitted all the requirements for the refund of the maintenance package I purchased from Leckner when buying a new car from them.
Rhonda the office manager has given be 4-5 stories since June 2019, 1. I have the check in my hands and waiting for signature from owner. 2. The accountant took all paperwork for review to the *** location dealership to sign off on. 3. I can overnight the refund to you next week. 4. I’m meeting with Me L on Thursday August 22, 2019 to have home sign check. If you don’t hear from me by Friday the 23rd, call me after 12pm.
Went to Woodstock dealership and the place is locked up!
I called the Marshall Va ford dealership left msg for Rhonda to call me, they said she will get the message.
I called Ford directly in Detroit MI and complain to them, they advised me the warranty was canceled in June and I should have received the refund. Meaning leckner stole my refund check..
