LeCaring's AKC Dachshunds

Review: We purchased a puppy in May 2012 from Le Caring's. We have had no contact with the business until recently when my family received a message on our voicemail early Sunday morning requesting a return call to an unfamiliar number with no clarification of who the person was or to the purpose of the call. Then two hours later we received a second phone call from Le Caring's AKC Dachshunds in which immediately began with accusations that we had our dog bred, instead of spayed as required, and questions such as "when did your dog have her puppies?" being shouted at us. We never had our dog bred and had her spayed nearly one year ago as required in the purchase agreement with Le Caring's. The owner then started yelling in the background that we were completely out of line and inconsiderate that we never returned any paperwork stating that we had our puppy spayed. This was because the week we purchased our puppy from this business it was shut down for being noncompliant. After we had informed the business that we would send the paperwork now that we know the business is open again they accused us of getting her spayed too young because they thought she was born in May when she was in fact born in March. I would assume that as a business they would have to keep records as to when each puppy was born so I was shocked when that error occured. It makes me worried as to the care of any future puppies. My reason for this complaint is to open the business owner's eyes to their lack of customer service skills and suggest that they treat their customers with more respect and maturity.Desired Settlement: I do not request a refund or replacement but simply an acknowledgement of their disrespectful behavior. No further communication directly to me from the business is required. Just an acknowledgment and or apology back to the Revdex.com.
