ADVERTISEMENT
The employees stole personal property from a job site. The labor stole a Samsung SIII on the morning of 12/30/13. The employer made promises "to get to the bottom of it" with his employees and said he would replace the stolen phone acknowledging that he does not have the upstanding employees. Then changed his mind about the replacement.
