the coolant pumping systemIt was determined that the coolant pump motor was not the proper voltage to match the machines factory coolant pump control circuitLeBlond was notified that a member of the customer's staff had wired the coolant pump externally to workAfter a period of time, LeBlond was contacted again after the customer discovered a few components normally packed in separate boxes when a machine Is shipped were missingSome optional content that was presumed ordered by the customer was also not includedSince the machine was purchased through a third party, determination of what parts were missing and what accessories were not ordered took an extended period of timeAt that time LeBLond was also notified that the customer was not satisfied with external bypass wiring and LeBlond agreed a replacement relay would be sent out when all missing components were finished and ready to deliverAll missing and replacement components were shipped at no charge to the customer yesterday 05/12/Qty(1) 20" Faceplate Qty(1) Spindle Center Sleeve Qty(1) Updated Operation Manual in Print Qty, (1) Coolant Pump OverloadWe believe this resolves all of the customer's concerns
