First heavy rain, it leaked. They came out and put black caulk in thick strips on my new white roof. It leaked again. They sent a guy who spoke no English, at dusk, to replace a section of the roof. He replaced it with BLUE shingles. It STILL leaks.

They then told me to stop calling and refused my calls. I'm $6,000 poorer but no better off. I tried suing them, but they moved so I couldn't get them served.
