Since 2003, I have owned a 3-BR condo in StPaul, which Advance Innovative Management is supposed to provide regular/routine maintenance to the exterior, including the roofWe were all recently assessed several thousand dollars for a new roofWe are also charged a hefty monthly association fee for ongoing maintenanceEach winter, the snow and ice builds up creating ice dams which are continue to destroy the new roofThis is unacceptable to me! I have had a very poor experience with this company Their feedback to issues with our building is extremely slow Almost like they are ignoring us until the last possible minute They are choosing to ignore persistent issues we need their help with We will be discontinuing service with this company They are very unprofessional

Put -0- stars if possibleDangerously unprofessional and lacks the expertise and the ethics to control ANYONE'S assets and/or funds Staff is sub-par at best RUN as fast as you can in the other direction if you care anything about your association and your home

Assessed for new roof
Snow & ice buion roof & in front of garage/parking space causing water to puddle/pool inside garage, resulting in major wall/sheetrock damage
Management comoany overcharged for roof repairs & then doesnt manage roofMultiple calls to company are not returnedSpoke with MrDAVID R*** yesterday, who used profanity, name-calling & falsely claiming return calls were made
