Was interested in purchasing new wadher and dryer set asap said I need to update stuff onfile etc... redid app put one reference number wrong and like the end of world... were suppose to call last night but I had to call them back this afternoon... purchase might be around 3500 and I said I would just go to get it now they said ok like my money isnt good enough for them
Just could not believe the were okay that fast for not wanting more bussiness bought a few things from them
went into store for a tv found tv that I liked that had 2 price tags on it model was same for both and store only had 1 tv on display there was a $70 dollar price difference between the two tvs they told me that it was a mistake and they would not honor advertised price and I would have to pay the higher price this to me is an unfair business practice and a bad way to treat customers needless to say I will not do any transactions with this company and encourage others to think about it before they dp
My personal experience with this company has been nothing but positive. We are renting an almost paid off laptop and have had absolutely NO issues with the business nor the employees. Each time they have contacted us regarding payment reminders, it has been a very professional phone call. They are VERY willing to work with you if you are proactive. They have also suggested that instead of making advanced payments, it is a good idea to take that extra and ask them to put it against the principle amount to decrease the time to pay it off, also decreasing the total amount in interest paid for the final cost.
If I was asked where to send someone looking to rent-to-own, I would DEFINITELY suggest LeBakkens!!
It is a rip off when you have been a customer at Lebakkens for years and they give no incentives to longtime customers and they treat them very poorly. The new special is a good deal but dont offer to long time customers. They are a BIG time rip off and no more customer focus. They only care about money. Dont go there its a rip off.
