Regarding Ms***'s chair and ottoman: both items were in the store next to each other for her inspection when she purchased them last November. She visited and inspected them more than once before her purchase and each time was told that the chair was in a natural, untreated,
leather. In other words it does not have a transparent topcoat so it has a natural almost sueded feel to it. The ottoman, though it is a close match, is not exactly the same as it has a finish coatOnce again, she inspected them in the store before she purchased first the chair, and then came in days later and purchased the ottoman. Certainly, if she decided when she took the ottoman home in November that she didn't like the match, she could have returned the ottoman right away then
