Review: On April 6, 2015 I placed an order online to the Leatherpaks company for a [redacted] backpack in black for $137.49. Checking my account, the withdrawl was made on April 7, 2015 and I received a confirmation number of [redacted]. On May 16, 2015 I sent an email to the company stating that I had sent several prior emails (which I had) and that I had not gotten a response to any of them, and was wondering if it was a scam. On May 18, 2015 I received an email from "[redacted]" stating that the item was on back order, they would cancel my order and refund the payment. On May 27th, 2015 I checked my account and did not see a refund. I then sent another email and stated that while I would prefer the backpack, but if that wasn't possible, then the refund would be sufficient. On June 5, 2015, still hearing nothing from the company I called and left my phone number, order number and advised that I was contacting the Revdex.com by June 8th if I did not hear anything from them. I decided to file regardless of their contacting me by the 8th, because I realized after all this time that I probably wouldn't be hearing from them.Desired Settlement: I would like my $137.49 refunded back into my account.

Review: [redacted] (owner) took my money in January--told me the item was backordered until March, so we waited. In April, we still had not received the item, so I attempted to call the company number. He told me that he forgot to put us on the waiting list and that he would fix it immediately. I still did not receive an email update with confirmation for the new shipping, so I emailed him, to which he responded only with an updated shipping date. After still not receiving the item, I have called and emailed him multiple times and he has promised to ship out the item, that he would have the "item to me in a week". That was last month. We called/emailed him again (to which he does not immediately respond or like today, hasn't responded at all) and he created a shipping label on May 7th, promising the package would ship that day, and offering no apology, no explanation--not even expedited shipping. Checking the tracking number daily and nothing has been shipped. I am also calling my credit card company today to open a claim. This company and their so called customer service is non existent and I am fighting to get my money back now.Desired Settlement: I would like my full refund of $282.86 immediately. An explanation of what is going on would be nice, but judging by [redacted] lack of communication on the phone, I am not expecting much.
