whom it may concern at Revdex.com, the merchant who I complained against when I filed back in January 2016 has processed the return and mailed it to me. So therefore, the issue concerning this complaint in my opinion should be considered closed. Thanks for your loyal effect of trying to reach the business to dispute the transaction.Regards,

Review: Merchandise was purchased on 11/29/2015 and the size sent to us was incorrect. I sent the merchandise back via USPS and they received the merchandise along with confirmed delivery confirmation and tracking. They responded stating they have been attempting to contact us via the telephone given to them but someone is at the residence 24/7. We attempted to call the 1888 888 4699 number but the number seems to be disconnected or no longer a working number. We sent numerous emails but no reply recently at all. We requested a replacement or exchange, but since its taking us too long to receive the merchandise, we'll settle for a refund.Desired Settlement: We wish Leatherjackets.com would contact us at the given numbers and resolve this issue by either replacing the merchandise for a even exchange or refund our money for 11/29/2015 purchase.
