As a custom furniture company, all of our pieces are available in over different options, including leather color and configurationsThe image shown on our website is only one example of one of our many optionsUpon speaking with the customer, we specifically went over a different leather than was shown on the website, which was not specified to be tooledUnfortunately the addition of tooling to these pieces is $4,which we gave to the customer at $2,This detail makes a problem we would normally fix quickly, hard to mend.We have since then attempted to find a way for this to not happen again in the future, and have spoken to and resolved it with the current customer
