I will not ever buy anything from this place againI ordered two simple items from him over a year ago, when I tried to get information about the order,all I received was a generic message about how busy he was "yes, I am that busy" and never received my orderWhen my PayPal time for recouping my money was up, he still hadn't sent the itemsONE year later, after I asked to refund my money, he decided to send the productNow however, I had to send the product back because I challenged the purchase, he counter challenged, won and now I am out the money and the item

I placed an order in the first week of April for an item over the phone. The owner told me that the average completion time would be four to six weeks. (which was stated on his website.) I wanted the piece at the end of the six week deadline for an event, to which he said "Alright". On the 14th of May I emailed him in regards to a question I had about recieving emails from him (there was a posted disclaimer that customers had not been recieving his emails on his website). No response for 12 days, after I had resent the email about a week after the 14th. I called him a few times, leaving voicemails, beginning to worry that this was a scam, and no response. He finally responded via email on the 27th, letting me know that he was "a little" behind in his work and asked if there was an event I needed it for. Obviously, he missed the deadline I requested, did not return my email and I am still waiting for my order. After finallycontacting him yesterday, he said it may be ready in a week.
