Leat Excavating

Review: Last Summer I had a new patio and sidewalk done at my home by a [redacted]. Five weeks after the job was done the patio portion cracked. I made contact with [redacted] and he sent his partner [redacted] of Leat Excavating down to my home. [redacted] wrote up a contract to fix the patio, however he talked me into getting the repairs done in the spring of this year. He said he wanted to see after the winter if any other cracks appeared. Well March of this year, a portion of the new sidewalk also cracked. I made contact with [redacted] and he came back to my home April 2014 and again he looked at both cracks. [redacted] said he would fix both and that the repairs would be completed by the middle of May. I did not hear back from him so I attempted to call him. I received a text message that said I must notify his attorney. It is June 21st and the repairs have not been completed.Desired Settlement: I just want the repairs done as to what [redacted] (Leat Excavating) agreed to do. I have it in writing and twice a verbal commitment. I am not looking for anything other then that. Thank You
