I received an empty and open box.
The company has treated me like a liar - insisting a "10 day investigation"
There was nothing to investigate. I gave police report number. The post master met police and reviewed footage of postal worker delivering opened box - 30 sec later I open door and see box is open and empty.
Best Buy did not treat me that way. Said they would reship.
I tried to get tracking number next day from Leaseville and they were rude and unethical.
Continued with underlying "unspoken" you must be lying tone.
2nd guy would not let me speak at all. And I just wanted new tracking number. But even though they took my money and shipped me an empty box - the solution is to threaten me for calling
Told me - the customer - " You cant call us and if you do that is harassment and your number will be blocked."
YOU DO NOT WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY WHO WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY THEN THREATEN YOU.
I have used Leaseville for years. More than 7 yrs. and have NEVER had a problem with them. Leaseville has no way of knowing whether you received your item or knowing the condition the box was in when it arrived. If Best buy was willing to replace and/or re-ship, The problem must have been recognized on their end. Sometimes we, as humans, make mistakes and respond hastily. You may have gotten a disrespectful operator at leaseville but their products and services are commendable. that operator may have been having a bad day.
Usually there is an option to purchase insurance with electronics and other mechanical items. If not purchased, then they will not repair or receive items that are broken. Rent to own is always returnable if you do not want to purchase it. payments are not demanded on a rent to own basis.
Waste of Time and Poor Customer Service I placed an order on 12/05/and was approvedI proceeded with providing ALL my banking, credit/debit card info and all other applicable personal information including signing a lease agreement of which they (LEASEville) needed in order to move forward with my orderAfterwards I followed up with a phone call and spoke to customer service to ensure my order will be processed smoothly without any issuesI was reassured my order would be available for pick up after hours of placing my orderOnly to find out later that evening on 12/my order was canceled with a blanket response of "unable to verify"I am very disappointed and concerned that I shared all of my personal and financial information with a this company only to be lied to and deceived
Where is my shipment Last week I made a purchase/lease from Leaseville and have yet to receive it I've contacted the company via phone, email, and chat and have not received resolution On June Leaseville's partner Best Buy processed my package for shipment via UPS tracking number 1Z4260AXXXXXXXXXXX As I am not home when UPS delivers in my location I asked UPS to hold the package at their local facility so I could come and sign for it I have done this many times in the past and have not had an issue As of today June 27th, UPS has not taken possession of the package and it sits in a warehouse in California I've contacted Leaseville via phone, left several messages, no return call I've contacted Leaseville via email and no response(except during the initial purchase when I received responses when they needed documentation or my credit card number) I've used the chat feature on their website, but no one knows what is going on I've contacted UPS and as stated above the
The Surface Pro unit purchased in October of is defective After working with Microsoft who confirmed that the unit is defective, Leaseville was contacted and would not replace unit and referred me to a third party warranty that could not provide repairs or issue a replacement with in an acceptable time frameIn addition Carol (Manager) and Casey were unprofessional and did not offer any other reasonable solutionsThis unit had been under monthly payments with a finance company from 10/31/to current(The lease term will be complete on 10/25/16)
It has been weeks and have not received my equipment nor has Leaseville even attempted to communicate back with me in the last weeks I have not received my equipment and it's coming up on my second months payment

The staff of LeaseVille.com have proven their dedication to excellent customer service I order a Surface Pro back in November under there no credit options and had no issuesI was so happy that I just order a new surface pro on 3/now under their credit check optionI really want leaseville to grow as this company offers great options to people re-building their credit
