Learn and Go Traffic School

Review: I submitted the required documents to attend traffic survival school by approximately 1145 hours. The website lists the working hours as Monday thru Friday from 8am to 5pm. I waited for my request to be processed. After over an hour of waiting with no response, I attempted to contact a service representative to inquire as to the time it would take to process my request. From approximately 1245 hours to 1520 hours, I attempted to call and email the company several times and was unable to speak with a customer service representative. I estimate that I attempted to call them over 15 times and emailed them once. Again, the business hours are listed from 8am to 5pm. I have yet to receive a response. My issue is that time is of the essence when submitting documents by court date times. My credit card has already been charged and I have yet to receive a username and password to complete the online course, which is what I was promised for my money.Desired Settlement: I am extremely unhappy with the service this website has provided. I believe I have been misled by the website's description by promising expedient service and business hours with contact information. Again, my credit card has already been charged for this service, so I would appreciate it if the service offered was discounted or the fee is waived.
