This contractor Richard A [redacted] owner of top notch construction did renovations on my bathroomsHe was paid in full for the work but job is not completed properlyMy bathroom floor is not leveled and water is constantly leaking from the sinkI made several attempts to reach him but he is not responding Also the workers he hired to do the jobs, I found out after job completed that they are not licensedThey stated MrA [redacted] did not pay them for the work they did and is not returning their callsI spent $14,for the renovation, $10,to MrA [redacted] and $for materials One of the workers borrowed $from me stating when he gets paid from MrA [redacted] that he will pay me backIt’s been year now and I have not gotten my money backMrA [redacted] also did renovations on my friends house in the kitchen and got paid close to $30,and did not complete the work We all have made multiple attempts to reach him but he is not responding
