This complaint has been resolved.Credit was issued on 4/29/15.Our company did the customer a huge favor bydelivering granite slabs “no charge” well outsideof its regular sales area.When the fabricator only used one slab to completethe job, the customer requested a refund.The company told her that would not be a problem.However, the refund could not be credited until theslab was returned and inspected Once again, beingwell outside our day-to-day delivery area, we justcould not make a “special trip” at “no charge” to pickup the return When we finally got to that area ofConnecticut, we picked up the slab and immediatelyissued credit
