Leal Construction

I would not use Leal construction for any project. They are slow and unresponsive, unless he wants money (in advance). He attempted to get $3600 for concrete from me, and then told the concrete company I was paying them. He did not perform all of the items listed in the contract, and will not refund me any money for materials he did not purchase, and work he did not complete.
