Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: I refuse to argue and lament back and forth with this company over false so called facts and so called truths they are saying happened. I DID NOT tell [redacted] the office manager that I had a CONCRETE pool. I know what Ipaid $40,000 for, it was for a fiberglass walled, vermiculite bottom, vinyl lined pool. NEVER owned, built, installed or wanted a concrete pool. What does Irma have to do with my leak? We had NO damages, just wind and rain. Not even a hole put in my screen by a twig or tree branch. What does floating have to do with my leak. My pool has not and did not FLOAT. I have kept my pool evacuant sucked out so the water does NOT accumulate under it to FLOAT it and have NEVER let the water getlow enough to cause it to POP or FLOAT due to high water levels and a low water level in my Pool....NONSENSE. I notice our phone call was not disclosed with me being told they werent coming to retrieve the bucket they put in to TEST it. When I questioned that poor customer service issue, he then said he would come out. Three times theymissed their "appointment" times with me. It rained significantly between times, and I believe if they had come out when they said they would have seen the big difference in the water levels. Since their coming out to "fix" my pool I have informed the pool IS leaking and probably the patch that they put on. I dont have the money to have THAT company fix it since I am on Social Security butwhen I do have the money I will have THEM, not Leak Squad come fix it. As to my pool being "3 years beyond the normal 7 years of a vinyl liner" I find that offensive. They neither know who I bought it from, neither the mil nor quality nor the strength of what is in my pool.To assume that it is OUT of the NORM for a vinyl liner and that is why its starting to leak is outrageous. They failed to hold up their end of the bargain and I will continue to tell everyone I know and meet about Leak Guard and its poor poor service.Pinch a Penny has guaranteed me they will never refer Leak Squad to any of their customers.I dont ever want anyone from this company to step on my property again. Their misinformation and twisted response is a disgraceful bunch of hogwash.Regards,
