Review: We purchased a home 10 months ago. A pool leak was "fixed" just prior to the sale. Our pool maintenance company has told us for the past 8 months that they believe we still have the leak.Over the past 8 months there have been at least 8 messages/calls to [redacted] by my self, the pool maintenance fellow, and the realtor who handled the sale of the home. [redacted] has been asked to be be in touch with us and come investigate this leak. We have never heard from him. Pool lights were also to have been repaired before we purchased and they have never worked.Desired Settlement: We would like [redacted] to come to the property and investigate the leak and FIX it. Also the pool lights.

Review: I hired [redacted] with Leak Masters on February 9, 2012, to detect a leak in my spa and repair. He found a few leaks and supposedly repaired them, however, after one year they were even worse. I was given a 2 year warranty on my invoice #2987, so I called several times in the summer of 2013 to have him come out to take a look at to see if it was the same leak or where the problem lied since I was losing excessive water and my water bill was going through the roof. At one point, I finally received a call from his wife but she said they were so busy she would call me next week to schedule and of course never did. I followed up one more time and then gave up. I am extremely disappointed on their service and I feel they did not honor their warranty of 2 years so I would like to be reimbursed the cost of my leak detection and repair of $375 so I can go elsewhere and have fixed properly.Desired Settlement: I am extremely disappointed on their service and I feel they did not honor their warranty of 2 years so I would like to be reimbursed the cost of my leak detection and repair of $375 so I can go elsewhere and have fixed properly.
