Revdex.com HAS ALTERED THIS RESPONSE DUE TO THE USE OF PROFANITY As you can see from the attached invoice, our intent was in fact to go out and add refrigerant to this unit per "the caller's" request Unfortunately, we do not know who "the caller" is because our office staff did not gather that information She had assumed that she was talking with the homeowner The invoice shows the description of work done and what was charged The only questionable charge would be the system leak check, because our technician found the leak while adding refrigerant If the customer paid to have the leak fixed by another company, they should be asking for their money back from them, because the leak wasn't fixed Most likely the other company wanted to wash their hands of this customer because of obvious reasons It is he who kept telling me to PROFANITY and couldn't carry on a conversation without yelling and screaming profanities The other person in my office could overhear this and turned around when he heard what was being said I personally talked with this individual and at no point did I ever say it is a wash The homeowner owes the diagnostic charge $and the refrigerant that we added for $for a total of $ As far as the request for desired settlement; 1) The request was made by phone, so it's difficult to provide signatures 2) It is illegal to record phone calls without telling the caller that you are recording them and having the proper equipment 3) Documented proof is in the pictures provided on the work order ***SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS REDACTED BY Revdex.com***
