not solicit consumers and only contact individuals who request our assistance in residential construction issues. Therefore it was not our organization who contacted the Terhaggem residence. I explained this to [redacted] in an email but did not receive any response. I also explained that we have received calls and emails from consumers who are being told that we are contacting them directly or providing their names to businesses for selling purposes but these are false statements as well. We have requested any information that would help us identify the culprit including phone numbers or names of individuals who have called them however any info provided has been a "dead end". We will continue to investigate the matter and will inform all parties if we discover who the business is that is making these harassing calls. Thank you for time and attention, please feel free to contact me with any questions.
