Installation of gutters was promised to weeks of signing the contract the last week of June Now approaching three months without gutters I signed a contract with Leaf Guard the last week of June Promised installation was to weeks Now approaching three months without any apparent urgency on Leaf Guard's part to fulfill their part of the contract I have been given different installation appointments that have not been kept I guess Leaf Guard thinks I don't have anything better to do than sit around a wait for them to decide to show up Their customer service focus is a joke IF you accept the appointment interval you are given and believe they will show up, then you probably still believe in Santa and the tooth fairy As a matter of fact, you are more likely to receive a visit from one of these entities than from Leaf GuardFive of the six times I did not receive a proactive phone call explaining why the appointment was not kept Customer focus? Poor Quality Installation, Workmanship and Service
We signed a contract with LeafGuard on July 26, to have gutters installed and approximately 2-weeks later young gentleman came to our home and began to install the guttersI advised them we were told they would be made on site, they replied we just made them on another job and brought them on our truck.(Actually what we received was someone scrapes) However, they began doing the work around 2-3:in the afternoonThey took down the old gutters and began to install what they have on their truckI asked why are they not putting gutters where they took them down from and they said you will need to talk with the salesman (***) because we can not do these cut and they owe you a huge refund
