I signed a contract written by their sales rep, which included the length of time the payments lasted-7/15/19 on 7/26/19 they tried revise w/o length
My sales rep,Gerald *** M, sent me a contract for my financing with *** on 7/15/19 which included the length of time the "special rate" would last for. (it is also a credit card, not a home loan) Auth # *** on the contract. On Friday, July 26 the payments office sent me an email stating "In order to complete your financing for the LeafFilter Gutter Protection project at your home, we need you to review the below financing information and re-type the below phrase in your reply to this e-mail: (NOTE: PLEASE "REPLY" TO THIS EMAIL - DO NOT START A NEW EMAIL):" . I thought it was a scam so I called the office and was told my contract was rejected, something was written in the wrong place, but they could not tell me what. The only thing missing on the new contract was there was no length of payments at the special rate. I called ***, who stated they had no issue with it being on my contract. I called back and spoke with the operations manager and who after speaking with accounting said they would be sending me a new contract with the payment in it. NO. they sent me the same one with an email that stated the duration of payment, but did not add it to the original email they wanted me to sign. I replied back with this is not what was needed. They replied again with the same contract and a *** loan estimator. As far as I am concerned I have signed my contract, issued by their sales rep, the financial institution has no issue with it. They are being deceptive and trying to get out of a contract that clearly covers the customer.

Desired Outcome

the signed contract honored or a correct on with the payments IN THE contract (which the accounting office has ignored)

We are unable to alter *** terms, the customer will need to reach out to *** in regards to her terms with the bank. We are more than willing to assist the customer with anything else they may need.

*** stated to me that they do not dictate what is on the contract. it is up to the company and that Leaf Filter should call their processing Dept. I Have a contract that *** has already said is good, that LEAF FILTER is having an issue with even though their sales person is the one who wrote it and accepted it. As far as I am concerned, I have a contract with them. I will not sign a contract that they are being deceptive and trying to add the length of the financing to emails and NOT in the contract as the operations manager assured me they would do for me to resign a contrat.

I had trouble with the installation. Installers did not show up when scheduled or could not complete the job. To the companies credit, they did give me a good refund. However, the installer who actually did the work told me that someone would be out to review the work. No one who has been out and the work was done the end of April. I did receive a request to do a survey. I told them I was not happy and they sent me a $10 *** gift card. I wrote a letter to the company on June 11th and told them that they did a poor job. The roof does not look good.
