No followup with customer. Job not completed. Kept making promises to complete job but no followup with work orders. Left me with 3 large screen panels cut and flapping in wind over pool cage allowing leaves and debris to blow into pool clogging drains and strain on pool pump. Was told by salesman, screens would be replaced same day as gutter filters installed or by the following day. Leaf filter installed on Wednesday, February 12, and I was still leaving messages with salesman and manager every day and as of Sunday, February 16, Manager, Leo R, called me and stated he could not give me a date their screen contractor would be replacing screen panels. With that poor service and customer care, I hired a local screen contractor. This company has no regard for the customer and I would never have used their service if I had known their lack of customer care and would never recommend them. I had an additional cost of $300 to replace cut screens. This has been a terrible experience.

We have left several messages for the customer but have not yet heard back, therefore we have closed this case until we hear back.
A Leaf Filter sales person sold my 88 year old father on installing leaf gutters on his home. The proposal was given to my father on September 27, 2019 and they collected a check from him on the very same day in the amount of $ 3,621.00. The work was started the very next day, Saturday, September 28, 2019. The technician used my father's old gutters, cleaned them up, repinned hangers, and applied silicone to the gutters and then installed the leaf filters. This was for three straight sections of gutter that totaled 100 lf of gutter on a single story house. When I found out about this contract I immediately called and emailed the company feeling that they had charged my father an inflated, high price for the work that was done and that they had taken advantage of him by not allowing time to check on other companies or to be sure that this was a fair price. The TV ad says you get 15% off the quote but that was not showing on the invoice that my father passed on to me. Now, since I have complained to Leaf Filter, they are sending me emails to purchase their system and offering me a 20% off the cost. How ironic. The company has taken my complaint three times and said someone would get back to me but no one has. I think they preyed on an elderly gentleman by pushing to close the sale and getting the check on the same day before the work was even completed. $ 3,621.00 is way too much for not even putting up new gutters. I want other people to know that they use these types of sales tactics. On the contract there is a buyer's right to cancel if you do so three days before midnight after the date of the transaction but the way they took the money that day and came the very next day to do the job they didn't want to give him the opportunity to change his mind. This is a very corrupt way for a company to handle dealing with older people and I am thoroughly disgusted with LeafFilter.com.

Refund The company should refund my father 20% of the $ 3,621.00 like they just offered me in my email. That would be $ 724.20. My dad gets less than $ 1000.00 SS a month and he did not have the funds to put into a leaf filter system. As far as I am concerned they robbed him.

LeafFilter company knows what the address is and what job this was. Their response is to ask me to provide this information on this format knowing that you have warned people that this might be on the Revdex.com web site and requesting that no personal identifiable information be included in the response.
The three times I spoke with LeafFilter they did the same thing. Asking me to identify the job and then telling me a manager would be notified about the complaint and someone would call me. This is their STALL tactic. They push you off until you just quit. I attached a copy of the sales contract and a copy of the check to my initial complaint so they know who this is in regards too. They don't identify their contracts with any type of identifying numbers to make it more complex to deal with if there is a complaint. Here is my dad's last name and address. An employee from LeafFilter, last name Clark, called my father on November 11. He asked my father what the issue was and my father responded that he thinks he had been overcharged for the job. There was no discount on the contract. The employee said he was in the office waiting for someone who had more authority than he did to come in and decide what would be done. It has now been a week and no one from LeafFilter has contacted my father or myself about anything. We are definitely not satisfied and this has not been resolved.
We executed our agreement on 11/21/19. Customer should be all set.

We contracted to have leaf filter installed on our gutters. Paid $3,300. When completed, we had 4 leaks. Three have been repaired, one remains. The person who fixed the 3 leaks cleaned out some of the material that was installed, which was not clean, indicating that the gutters were not completely cleaned before installation. We have contacted the sales person who now tells us he is not "allowed" to assist the customers any more. We have called the "service" number twice and left messages. No one returns our call. The price we paid for this protection was high, but we thought it would be worth it so my husband (who is in his 70's) would not have to climb a ladder to clean out the gutters any more.
Come out and fix the last leak. The person who fixed the other 3 attempted to fix the last one, but it still leaks. It is at the end of the gutter next to our screened back porch.

I have received calls from the service area and from the Tampa area. They have given me two different dates for service. They did not ask me whether this would be convenient for my husband and me. I will wait to see who shows up on both dates. Then I will let you know whether the gutter covers are fixed to our satisfaction.

We were not home on 10/4. The business needs to get in touch with us to schedule the repair at OUR convenience. At the present time, we are not home on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings. Afternoons are better for us.

We had gutter protection installed july 3rd. Guys came late in the day (4 pm). We were told they would be early....so we waited!! Then fewer men came than promised by sales guy. Within 2 weeks we had to call service: gutters overflowing. The setvice took 2 weeks and they came a day before their scheduled time. So again we were not there to discuss the problem.
The sales guy next day tells me " there was some debris, they cleaned it".
Well how did the debris get in there ? Shouldn't u have cleaned it before installation ?
The problem worsened: its overfliwing even more. The fascia bosrd has started to rott. Service will take 3 weeks to come over..... so we wait. While our property gets destroyed in michigan rain and storms. These guts have made money off of us. They dont give a damn.

All I am wanting is fix the problem hopefully ASAP.
It begins with a high pressure sales tactic (so be prepared) as they come to your home to evaluate the needs and provide a customized quote. The more you deny them or ask for time to review and think about it, the more they discount the price. My experience is the Leaffilter system seems like it would be a great idea, however the product does not perform completely as described, so be aware that you will still have to remove leaves and sediment from shingles routinely from the leaffilter system. My issue specifically (besides the fail of the product) is the egregious customer service from the top down. The tech initially sent out to install the gutters did not have all of the equipment and instructions for the scope of the job. Some additional fascia work was required which our sales guy assured us they could take care of...for a price of course. The tech had to come back to make those changes. He did return to take the front gutters completely off so the work could be done, but he did not have all he needed with him and it would have to be rescheduled. In the meantime, the first rain came and with an average rain, we had a horrible overflow waterfall issue with one of our back gutters (which is currently getting worse). The tech no showed for the next 2 appointments to deal with the issues and reinstall our gutters. I called the 800 number and spoke with the Orlando, Fl installation manager James, who told me that tech had been let go because of the quality of his work and he would send someone else out to hand all of the issue (the list was growing). We set an appointment, which no one showed for, then after another call another appointment was set where a team came out to reinstall our gutters. They had little of their own equipment in their car. They were very nice, and cleaned up after themselves, but did not fix the waterfall issue in the back yard and after the next rainfall, we discovered our front gutters were now leaking at the seams. Refund At this point, I would like the product removed from my gutters, and a full refund given. I was given contact information for the Director of Installation, Mark *** and he asked me to send an email with the details, and the photos and videos of the ongoing issues, which I did. I followed up 5 days later, and my email was returned stating it was blocked from the leaffilter server. They have not attempted to contact me to resolve the issue.

On 8/12/19 My husband called the 1-800 number again to inquire our status. We have had several significant rain storms which have created huge issues in the back yard particularly and other spots with spill over in the front and onthe side of the house. These issue continue to get worse and after over a week of being ignored, we are at a loss as to what to do to recover our funds and to get the issue fixed. He was told the Jim no longer was with the company which would be why we were not receiving any communications from him any longer. He was transferred to another individual which told him the case was with their customer relations department and they were to direct all communications to that department which was closed at the time of the call (after 5pm).
I received a phone call at 6:30am which went to my voicemail on 8/13/19 from Megan*** with Customer Relations department in the corporate office in OH. My husband returned her phone call on that same day in the afternoon. He left a message.
On 8/13, I received a phone call at 12:08 from Megan and missed her call. She left a message stating she received my husbands message, yet she called me instead of him. I called back at 12:32 and left a message. I will try again today to see if I can reach her, but all of our attempts go to an answering machine.
We have yet to receive contact from the Orlando office or anyone to correct the issue. We will continue to call and make attempts to get this resolved. Hopefully, someone with Leaffilter will actually make this case a priority.

9/16/19 - Today I called Megan to follow up on the next steps to moving through the process. The last time I spoke with Megan was the end of Aug and she stated she would be following up with the manager in Orlando and waiting for their pics and report. That was the following week from having the tech at our home to take pics and generate his report.
Megan stated she had not heard back from the Orlando office and was still waitning on the report and pictures from the tech. She stated the last time she reached out was 9/10. She mentioned that she has a large case load and it is impossible for her to keep me in the loop (which is the exact reason I was calling). She stated that the Orlando office mentioned the tech never turned in the pictures and quit the next day which was the reason the report and pictures had not been received yet. Now we have to begin the process again. She stated she would reach out to the Orlando office again, and get another technician out to our home to take pictures and report so a plan can be made for the repair of the gutter installation. We are now 7 months into this process and still no resolution. At this point, it simply feels like we are getting yanked around and I have NO confidence this issue will actually be resolved. At this point, I have put the item on dispute with the line of credit company Wells Fargo and an investigation is ongoing. We continue to document as the issues continue to get worse with each Florida downpour.
Contacted LeafFilter to install gutter system on April 25, 2019. Initial install was incorrect so another installer had to come out. Communicated my concern about leaking and assured would not be an issue. After multiple phone calls to customer service with no response from management to resolve the leaking issues. Gutter system still leaking as of July 19, 2019. Developed a chronological communication that I sent to them to ensure they understood my concerns.

LeafFilter has agreed to settle with some compensation. I have yet to receive the check they promised to process once they got my signed agreement. I have also not received their signature on the agreement. Until I get a copy of the agreement signed by both parties and a check, the issues is not resolved. If I could give less then zero review - I would. (lie #1) When I made the appt for the salesman to come out, I was told the estimate is good for a year. (lie #2) When the salesman came out-told me I could only get this price if I schedule on june 1, 2019 beacause there was other jobs n the area (lie #3). Sent out an untrained installer to my home. First thing he did was complain how far he had to drive for making no money because it's a small job.(39 feet) Was here less than 1 hour and damage my home beyond repair & even missed a gutter. NEXT, they sent out a guy named Leo telling me he is the supervisor(lie #4) he was disrespectful, rude, condescending and belittling. So much so, I threw him off my property. Then, he had to get the last word in, trying to turn it around on me. I stated what would u calll the damage to my home. NEXT morning I received a call frm James*** (mgr of orlando office) that accused me of harassing the installer, Sherman and Leo via phone calls and texts. (lie #5) FACT: Sherman called & left a message to get hired to work on my home outside of leaf filter & I texted back. I would never hire him due to his horrible workmanship he did the day b4. I asked James, how would I have Leo's ph#. Told James, I am Screenshotting my ph call, texts list and send it to him. He told me, its not necessary. I asked, WHY? James*** admitted he lied. (lie #6). was very abusive throughout the ph call. He sent out, Enzo (2nd Installer) that was at my home for 4 hours TRYING to REPAIR THE DAMAGE TO MY HOME. ENZO CAUSED MORE DAMAGE. I have called the service number at their headquarters SEVERAL TIMES SINCE THEN. I was told an executive would call me back (lie #7) called again & was told the regional mgr in Florida named jimmy would call me on June 10th (lie #8). I made several more calls to the headquarters. Promising I would get a return call within 48 hrs (lie #8) It's 24 days later and no one has returned my several phone calls. I called again on June 25th & FINALLY the Regional Mgr of Florida called me back. Requested photos but obviously he has some because stated the little gutter that was missed. I am getting the run around. There is no such thing as a lifetime warranty (lie #9) They just ignore you. My new gutters damaged & Enzo even removed brackets installed by gutter company to make gutters level, underneath the gutters and bent the gutters down to hide all the damage to my home. IT WAS NOT ALIGNING MY GUTTERS, as the Regional Manager stated. ENZO SHOULD NEVER OF REMOVED ANYTHING THAT WAS NOT LEAF FILTER MATERIAL. Sherman damaged all fascias, Screwed holes n my gutters - the screw not attached to anything. JUST PUT HOLES IN MY GUTTERS. Enzo removed the screws and siliconed the holes. When it rains, its rains between my home & gutters. I NEVER SIGNED A AGREEMENT/CONTRACT NOR GOT A RECEIPT FROM LEAF FILTER. This is a scam company!!! Yesterday, I had the gutter company that installed my gutters originally come out and they were horrified by all the damaged these two installers did. I have to get the fascias and gutters replaced. Another LIE - THERE ARE NOT CONTINUING TO WORK WITH ME FOR A SOLUTION. At Revdex.com, I believe I have uploaded all communications from / to them and they ADMITTED FAULT in damaging my home by 2 of their installers and ONLY WILL REFUND $1280 they took for DAMAGING MY HOME. They're inept untrained installers are not getting another chance. As they offered awhile ago without giving me a refund to work on my home and now, they offer a refund, to SILENCE ME - to tell others what this unethical, immoral business did to a Disabled Senior Citizen Living on Social Security. What is stated in the FRAUD CONTRACT is claiming the Original Fraudulent Contract was actually valid. Which makes both Fraudulent Contracts.

Extreme pricing, and damage to my patio roof.
I paid 1100.00 dollars for one hour of actual installation of the leaf filter product, 22feet in length and a 9 foot portion. This job was done on a screened in patio porch, only 8 months old, still paying on it.
Not to blame the installer because he was so nice and unaware I'm sure. But, the job was done by him kneeling crawling or standing on the aluminum roof instead of standing on a ladder and doing so wringled
And damaged the original appearance of the ceiling.
So upsetting!! I have some video footage of the work in progress as it was installed.
A partial refund would be exceptable. Overall, I feel severely Overpriced and was sold and scheduled in a whirlwind of time. no realignment needed and this was exsisting gutters and no cleanup was needed either, as they stated in there description. And left with a damaged roof.

DOUBLE TALKING TWO BIT HIGH BINDER SALESMAN. THEY ADVERTISE ABOUT $10/FOOT BUT TRIED TO SWINDLE ME WITH A $2400 JOB FOR A HOUSE WITH APPROX 100 FEET TOTAL OF GUTTERS. I WOULD NEVER CONSIDER THESE THIEVES AGAIN TO EVEN QUOTE A JOB.
I would not recommend doing business with this company mainly because of service after the sale of which they have none. Read my story before you buy.
I had Leaf Filter install gutter screens in December 2017. The sales guy had product knowledge and a good image. We didn't go for the first few prices he gave us, it's expensive stuff. He later called back and reduced the price some more and I bought.
They were in a rush to get my money and get the screens installed. Inside of a couple of days it seems like.
Here it is 1 and a 1/2 years later. The area I live in had some storms which damaged my roof. I selected a roofer and got a date for tear off and install new shingles. About 3 weeks out. I talked to the roofer about Leaf Filter and he knew them and the gutter screens had to be removed before the roofing crew started. Again in about 3 weeks. The salesman from the roofing company called them that day but couldn't get a removal date.
I called again the next day, still three weeks out. I wanted pricing for removal and re-install of the screens. Again I left a message about what I needed. 2 days and no call back. Called again left message. Needless to say this same scenario continued for three weeks.
Three days ago the roofer salesman came out and removed the screens himself.
Today the roofers finished the job and have left the property but I still don't have anything from Leaf Filter about putting my screens back on the gutters. My wife has called them 2 times today, no response.

June 13 2019, Leaf Filter finally came out to reinstall the filters on my house. I think they only did that to avoid us calling WFTV consumer affairs which my wife mentioned while talking to Leaf Filter Corp office. We still do not recommend this company due to poor customer service.

They had single installer out next day. Worked on our 2-story roof with no life lines in violation of OSHA standard. Don't know if he had Workman's Comp insurance or a License. Raining and slippery on shingle roof. No one to help him or call him in Dead if he fell off. Apparently went OK.
Contract included repair of an outside 1st floor gutter corner. Job was done poorly and unprofessionally. James, Service Manager, said "we install more gutters than anyone else in Florida". I said, Fine - give me an estimate. On 4/30/2019 his installer took measurements and James said he would give me an estimate.

Cancelled service on 3/6/2019 and requested deposit be returned. Called on 3/12/2019 as deposit not returned. It is now 3/19/2019 and I still do not have my deposit returned. I am refusing payment with ***. This company does not stand behind its word.

Leaves not being removed from outer by wind or rain as promised.
At first meeting in the first weekend of November I was told by the person attending a booth at an Arts and Craft Fair that the leaves and debris collected on their gutter system would blow of or be removed by rain. The salesman came to my house and after assessing the amount of leaves collecting on my gutters also stated the same thing "over 96% or more of the leaves and debris would be removed by wind or rain" The install was done on 11/16/2018, Job# ORL ***,
Not only do the leaves remain on the gutters after the wind and rain has passed the rain flows over the gutter after the installation of the LeafFilter gutter protection.
I had another installer come out to put a diverter on the roof and he stated that this gutter system would not work here on my house. Another tech came out on the 17th of December, I was under the impression he was going to fix the problem as stated by the OP's manager, James but all he did was clean the leaves off of my gutters, stated the LeafFilter keeps leave out of the gutters not off. I did not have a problem with leaves getting into my gutters before this install, just leaves building up on the filter system I already had in place. I was told by the last tech out at my place and the salesman, Glen, that someone from LeafFilter was going to call me on more than one occasion and no who from this company as reached out to me. My problem is I was lied to and I feelI was taken advantage of. I'm 62 years old and retired I could have spent that money on something more useful.

LeafFillter has agreed to come out to my house and remove the leaves from my gutters (4) times a year (for life) at my request. As long as they hold true to their promise I'll remain a satisfied customer.

The gutters were installed wrong. They are damaged. They damaged my house in the installation. They were to reinstall and never came.
I had gutters installed. The pitch and angle are wrong. They leak. They spray painted the gutters down tube instead of providing the baked enamel gutters in the color I ordered. They did not seal the holes from the previous gutters. They damaged the underside of my roof in the removal of the old gutters and did not restore them to the condition they were in. They damaged the new gutters in the installation. They have had two people out to inspect them and both have said they would be replaced. That was a month ago. They were to install today and never showed and I just got off the phone with Jason with some made up story as to why they could not be installed today 11/24 He now assures me they will be installed 11/30 but this is the 4th appointment I have made and they have not kept any of them. Nothing but excuses and I am at a loss.
I want them replaced or my money back at this point so I can get them done correctly and have it over with.
Every rain now completely floods the new patio and garden I put in and that was the reason for getting the gutters to avoid this
