I am extremely disappointed in how your company responds to service calls. A spring storm blew off a small portion of our leaf filter. We called and a date was set up to remedy the problem. The service date came and went. NO SHOW. Another call made. Told we would be contacted in a few days to set up service date. NO PHONE CALL RECEIVED. Another call made. We were to wait again a couple days to set up service date. Phone call did come this time. Date set for today to repair. Phone call...service truck down. Person making call is in airport. We are to wait until Monday or Tuesday to SET UP DATE FOR SERVICE CALL. This is BEYOND RIDICULOUS. Please do me a favor and figure out how to run your company so that your customers are served in a timely manner.

Leaf Filter North of Iowa,LLC sales rep.gave an estimate for gutter installation. He was given $1000 down payment. Didn't install D/T measure error.
I got an estimate for Leaf Filter to install gutters at 1208 E 4th St. An appointment was scheduled for completion on Sunday October 28th, 2018. I was delayed due vehicle issues. I was 2 blocks from the house when the installer called and said he couldn't do the job anyway because the salesperson, Brad Williams, incorrectly measured the house. I rescheduled once and had to cancel because of conflict in St. Louis where I reside. Mr. Williams assured me that I could call and reschedule. I have tried to contact the representative numerous times to reschedule but I have not had a return call. The phone seems to be out of order. I have contacted the main office number and they said they would relay the message. Since the reason for the gutters not being installed was an error on the part of the representative managing the sale and they obviously do not want my business I would like my down payment returned to me. His incorrect measurements were the reason the installer failed to complete the job as scheduled. I'd like to hire someone competent to do the job not someone who is trying to beat the customer out of their money because it looks like this is what Mr Williams is trying to do. This mistake is his not mine. Besides his behavior is unbecoming of a representative and very unprofessional.
I would like my $1000.00 refunded because Mr.' inability to measure the house correctly was the reason the job wasn't completed on the scheduled day in the first place. Now I don't care to do business with them at all because they are not very professional to ignore a client and try keep their money when the fault rests on the contractor.
We believe resolution has been executed in full. If the customer should need anything further they can reach out to our service department at X-XXX-XXX-XXXX

They don't state what the resolution is. My attempt to communicate was ignored. Now I'm supposed to call them to be ignored again. This is not acceptable. I still don't think I should give them $1000.00 for the salesman who did not measure correctly in the first place. I would like to know what it is they believe they have resolved.
We have executed the refund to the customer in which has resolved what the customer was disputing.
Leaf Filter Says "Leaf Filter will never clog". The fact is leaves and other debris collects on top of the screens clogging them and causing the water to flow over the gutters staining the gutters and the side of the house. Their claim is the gutters themselves are not clogged and the over flow is not part of the warranty. They say it will remove the debris from the screens if I pay them another $96.00 in addition to the original cost of $2531.00. They say that if it had happened within three years of installation it would have been covered. My records indicate the leaf filters were installed circa August 27, 2016. Twenty seven months is not three years!

I've got my new gutters & leaf filter in June as of last year. After they had finished and left, I realized I didn't get hinges on my gutters that I already paid for. I've been contacting the boss numerous times to get it done but it still hasn't got done to this day. They keep putting me off and I'm tired of it at this point. I'm also dissatisfied with the work that was done. I can't stand looking at one piece of the gutter, it looks terrible! Along with that, the filter on top didn't even go all the way to the end like it's supposed to. There's a huge crack. I'm just very disappointed how the boss kept saying, that 'they will be there? and it never happens or he won't get back with me.
