leaf filter does not back up their guarantee. I have been in contact with them for 2 years for them to fix the problem I am having with my system. They promise return calls and service calls, but they rarely comply. They took down their system and have left it laying on my porch for months. The system does not work on my house but they have not refunded my money after I requested it. I am told that someone higher up will get back with me but no one calls. I do not recommend this system to any one.
