Management lacks basic customer skills. A low class operation. Your best interest not a priority. Look online for many poor reviews.
Customer is attempting to renegotiate signed contract after product installed.

Work Description: Clean All Gutters and Downspouts
I entered into an agreement to clean gutters and spouts on 06/09/2019. I explained to the company rep Mr. William Massad that I am in the middle of grading and concrete jobs around the house and that I need his work to be done by end of the week. He was supportive and understandable. As it is a one-day job, as explained by the rep, he scheduled it for Sunday the 14th of July @ 13:30. At 13:15, one of the company’s worker called and claimed he has to take his wife urgently to the hospital. It was a strange phone call but of course, I had to agree and work was rescheduled for the next Saturday the 20th. Another no-showup but with different excuse, this time claiming “some parts not available”. Reschedule: Monday 21st @ 18:00.
The funny thing is that major rain happened during this week delay.
Well, if No 1 Company like LeafFilter conducts their business the way they did, no wonder for the rest of the companies. Company has just wasted my time and especially on a Sunday.

This company PRICE GOUGED 90 yr old Seniors, $780.00 for 25 ft. of gutter on a deck canopy. That's $31.20 PER FOOT! This same material at Lowe's is $45.00, even with installation this should be no where near $780.00. Then the salesman, said they could have the LeafGuard for an additional $700.00 on the same job. I would stay away from this company at all costs. No business ethics to prey on senior citizens not once but with a second offer. NEVER use this company.

I would have to say my first impression with this company was good, however I find them not honoring their contracts. They don’t handle business in a professional way. I sat waiting for an appointment all day long. No one called me and informed me that they were not coming out because my contract was not $500.00 mind you I just and a previous appointment that was under $400.00. I called four times to get answer and the general manager after a week of calling. Said the changes were on the first of November, my contract is dated the second of November, I ask why no one contacted my and said anything. This the 16th of November, he said I am telling you now. POOR CUSTOMERS on the part of the general manager.
