Although I thought that their quoted price was high, I agreed to have the job doneI do not want to climb on my roof to clean gutters any moreAt almost $3,I expected the work to take most of the dayThe company sent men and they were finished in 1-1/hoursThey were supposed to clean my gutters before applying sealant to all seamsInstead they put the sealant over dirty and slimy rotten leaves which leaked like a sieve during the next rainA service repwas late for the first appointment, called from [redacted] at the second appointment and didn't come, but finally showed up the third timeThe installers were supposed to point out any rotted wood behind the gutters but did notI then had to remove gutter sections myself and make repairs as well as clean out the gutters that the installers leftA service man then came to reinstall the leaf guards that I had to take off to facilitate repairs myselfHe didn't finish the job and has never come back to complete the installationThe original installers did a totally sloppy job and they will not be allowed back on my propertyThe WORST experience I have ever had with a contractor
