We are in our 70’s - he is disabled and I am about to have back surgery. We were hoping to have a shower which was safe for us and nice to look at. I was told a sliding door would be installed since the flex door I ordered would not fit. Now I have a swinging door which is dangerous and I wasn’t even shown the door before it was installed. Now I’m told - what’s done is done. The calking and “finishing touches” look like an amateur did the work. There is calking on the paint around the shower, no calking where it should be and too much calking in places which looks horrible especially when it’s wet. Also, the crew of one could not understand English. A representative came out to inspect and promised a different crew would come out and correct everything - instead, the same person came out. Not a good experience - very unhappy!

My sales person mentioned a Lifetime Warranty as he never said a Limited Lifetime Warranty and as a customer I mentioned that anything that breaks it was going to be repaired at no extra cost of fees and the answer was yes. Guess what they only have 1 yrs warranty on their battery, electrical components have 2yrs warranty and after a year they will charge you a fee for a service call to repair equipment made beyond one year after the date of installation. There were other companies selling their indoor stair lift for 4 to 5 thousands dollars less than Leaf Home Safety Solutions but they got me with the word Lifetime Warranty. When they come over your house they will give you a booklet that dont say much about their warranty but instead it says "See Representative for Details" The actual details and information of their limited warranty are surrender to you only when the stairlift is fully paid, funded and or installed. By then it is too late. It will be my duty to tell everyone day in and day out the truth about the Lifetime Warranty that it is actually a limited warranty even less than others have to offer.

showed up when they said around 1100. tore tub and tile out, loaded it up on his trailer took it with him. finished job next day. They told me up front it was a two-day job and yes, they told me up front it's a subcontractor that works for them. I don't give out 5 stars I feel nobody is perfect.

We scheduled an appointment with Leaf two months ago and the salesmen never showed up and we never received a phone call so I called. I told them I wanted to cancel because they were more than 30 minutes late and hadn't contacted me concerning the late arrival. 15 minutes later, a salesmen shows up. I told him I had cancelled the appointment and that I needed to leave and I would schedule another appointment. Two months later I contacted them and was told I am out of their area...interesting. Additionally, they ask me if the house is a mobile, manufactured or modular homes because they don't work on these. They are obviously ignorant as to the specs for a modular home, which are built to the exact same codes that site built homes are built to and have to pass all of the same inspections and then some. My home is 4300 sq. ft. modular home that was built with an additional 30% lumber in order to be delivered to my land. My home does not sit on a chassis nor does it have a VIN # , it sits on a concrete foundation with 10ft. ceilings. I asked the woman on the phone who sets these standards and who I could talk to about this and she didn't know. I'm guessing she doesn't really know who she works for. Don't do business with these fools.

THEY TRY TO SMOOTH YOU OVER, UNTIL YOU FIND OUT ALL THE FACTS, AND THEN THEY DUMP YOU!,- THE SUBCONTRACTS THAT CAME TO MY HOUSER WERE FELONS HIGH ON DRUGS, WITH ASSULAT AND BATTERY CHARGES- PUBLIC RECORDS! LEAF HOME, WILL NOT CALL YOU BACK FOR DAYS, SO THEY CAN GET THERE STORIES STRAIGHT! THEY COME INTO YOUR HOME, DAMAGE IT, AND WHEN YOU FIRE THEM, THEY WANT TO UPGRADE YOUR FOR FREE- WHY WOULD I DO THAT- KEEP READING *
DAY 1 : THE PICK THE EXISTING OLD TILE OFF 1 BY 1, PLACED TUB IN FRONT YARD AND LEFT IT FOR3 DAY- DAMAGED FLOOR TILE, SHEETROCK, VANITY SINK, TOLIET

DAY 2- DIDNT EVEN WORK, THEY SAT AROUND MY HOUSE ALL DAY- AT 730 PM- THE SUBCONTRACTOR STATEDTO MY FACE" I DONT KNOW WHAT I AM DOING- I WILL HAVE TO COME BACK TOMORROW THEY SOMEONE ELSE- ALL TO PLACE A NEW PEE-TRAP!- I TERMINATED THE CONTACT AND SCHEDULE A MEETING WITH pROJECT MANAGER AND HEAD GUY -
dAY 3- MEETING WITH MANAGEMENT- I WAS INSURED THAT THEY WOULD PAY FOR
THE DAMAGES- MANAGEMENT CAME TO MY HOUSE TO PICK UP THEIR MATERIAL AND THEY TOOK PICTURES AND NOTED ALL THE DAMAGES, THE PM COULDNT BELIEVE THE MESS THE WORKER HAD LEFT! IN REALITY THEY DIDNT GIVE A WHOOT- THEY JUST WANTED THEIR MATERIAL THAT THEY STATE THAT THEY MAKE- NO THEY DIDNT MAKE THIS MATERIAL THEY BOUGHT IT FROM HOME DEPOT- THE LABEL WAS STILL ON THE PRODUCT! I HAVE DEMANDED THEY OAY FOR DAMAGES, AND THEY HAD NEGLECTED TO DO SOME-
NOTE_ I HAD CAMERA IN MY HOUSE AND THE WORKERS- DAY 1 THE WORKER WAS NOTEVENE THERE WHEN I GOT HOME FROM WORK- THEY HAD ANOTHER INDIVIDUAL WITH HIM- THAT WAS NOT A SUBCONTRACT(COME TO FINDOUT) WORKER- IT WAS A RELATIVE OF THE SUBCONTRACTOR- SUB TOLD ME THIS WAS NOT HIS GIG TO DO, THAT IT WAS ALL HIS SONS BUSINESS, BUT HIS SON ELECTED TO GO AND BUILD A DECK INSTEAD OF DOING THIS $10,OOO PROJECT- HE INSURED ME THAT HIS SON WILL BE THERE NEXT DAY.
DAY 2- ONE WORKER SHOWED- THE WORKER DIDNT WORK HE SAT AROUND MY HOUSE - I HAVE INDOOR CAMERA- ALL DAY WITH NUMEROUS TIMES OF LEAVING THE HOUSE- LEAVING MY HOUSE UNLOCKED AND UNATTEND!
THEY LEFT CIGERRTAA BUTTS IN MY SINK- THEY NEVER COVERED ANYTHING TO PREVENT FURTHER DAMAGES AND FILTH!
I HAD TO PAY ANOTHER CONTRACTOR 4000.00 TO FIX THEIR DAMAGES-
THERE WERE PROBLEMS/DAMAGES TO MY BATHROOM AD IT WAS FINE AND WORKING, JUST NEEDED A WALK IN SHOWER FOR MY HUSBAND THAT HAS HEAD AND NECK CANCER AND THAT CAN NOT GO UP AND DOWN OUR STAIRS DUE TO WEAK- THEREFORE THAT WHY WERE GETTING A WALK IN SHOWER INSTALLED UPTAIRS! MY FATHER HAS BEEN IN REMODLEING FOR OVER 40 YEARS AND NEVER SEEN A MESS LIKE THIS- LET ALONE I KNOW CONTRUSTION TOO- FOR ALL THE ELDERY PEOPLE THAT DO NOT KNOW ABOUT CONTRCUTION,. THEY ARE BEING TOTALLY TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF AND GETTING 1/2 @SS WORK, BY PEOPLE THAT SHOULD NEVER BE IN YOUR HOME! WE NEED TO PROTECT OUR ELDERY FROM THES SCAMMING PEOPLE!

I am left very displeased with your company's service. I had 2 incompetent guys come in to do simple caulking. A 5 year old would have done better. Paying $10K for such a crappy job is offensive. A manager should've come to my home to inspect after my initial complaint. I am over 3 complaints. I guess once you got $10K from me, you didn't care to please a paying client. Word of mouth goes both ways. With you guys, it won't be positive. My bank advised me to contact the BBB and AG of Florida regarding my concerns. Leaf didn't contact me directly until I posted online that I felt they financially raped me and ignored my concerns. I would never recommend this company.

The experience started in July with a good visit and pricing high but ok, the story goes down hill from there. After months I contacted the contact for the St Louis office and asked if there was any date set since we had not been contacted in Months. Installation was then set and then the nightmare begin Day 1 of 6 the independent contractor tore everything out including items not in the project. Day 2 contractor shows up late with sick help and leaves, day 3 same contractor cuts his hand leaves. Day 4 contractor leaves to get supplies and disappears, again I contact the "manager" and he says he didn't have any idea this had been going on. Day 5 new great installer sent to complete and repair previous now time is important to them and the want to stay late told to leave, manager and finance contact then have a problem with us not cooperating after 5 days for a 2 day installation. Day 6 the 2 hour job takes 5 and the job as it is is completed. Ceiling torn out, floor tiling torn out, light broken all not in the scope of work. Shower done bathroom disaster, when we complained we were told that we now felt like we overpaid and had to complain, no we complained because their company is a complete disaster and our bathroom is now being put back together by my 76 year old father. SENIORS RUN THIS IS A MONEY GRAB COMPANY THE SALES MAN IS VERY PROUD OF HIS COMMISSION DESPITE THE SHADY WORK OF THE COMPANY.

Our sales experience was fine and we did get what we wanted. Every other thing was more than frustrating. Two months after putting down 20%, they finally gave us a project completion date. No show or response of any kind. Another completion date--no show again. I stopped counting after 14 calls to voice mail or receptionist saying someone will call back. After more than 4 months I was determined to get our deposit back, but my wife called sales (smart move to get someone live) and the sales lady got someone to call back within minutes. My wife talked to the project manager and he offered to get the work done the next day. It finally did get done with 2 issues. A small cosmetic issue with the caulking and a leaky toilet. We were told that someone always comes out to inspect the work within two weeks for issues. The toilet was removed and reinstalled without using a new wax ring and rather than wait 2 weeks, we fixed that ourselves. It has now been 5 weeks with no one bothering to check on the installation.

they came right on the dot to putting the stair lift chair....I just love it......very nice people to deal with....they take the time to explain every thing before they leave.....my life is much better for having it install....get one today, you won't be sorry.....made very well ...limited lifetime warranty....can't beat that !...

Installation was quick and spotless. Installers were knowlegeable. Very pleased.

This company did an awesome job on the stair lifts for our church. Their customer service and their professionalism made them a wonderful company with which to conduct business. We will definatley use them in the future.

Leaf Home Safety Solutions were very accomidating. They walked me through the details of what my walk in safety tub installation would be and explained all the costs very thoroughly and there were no "hidden" charges. I am very pleased with how accomidating they are and have been patien in answering all my questions and concerns. I highly reccomend them and will suggest them to anyone looking for a safety tub or shower. Great Pricing and GREAT PRODUCT!!!

If you do business with this company they will not back down and will try to sale you a product. They will not take no for an answer. And if you purchase and you change your mind and want to cancel they will not help you to cancel. They will make it extremely hard for you to get your money back even though it is within the agreement. They will not provide their fax number and will try again to convince you. Not good business for customers.

Called this company from a flyer received in the mail. Promptly received an email and a phone call probably from the home office in Ohio. Gave the gentleman my information and told him I was available for a site visit Wednesday , Thursday or Friday afternoon. He then started to badger me about when my spouse would be home and I told him it was of little consequence as they would be dealing with me. I kept telling him he only needed to deal with me and he simply said ok and HUNG UP. I wouldn't buy anything from these guys if that's their idea of customer service

I also called their home office and asked for the VP of call center operations and SURPRISE got no call back
