My wife and I had a salesman from Leaf Filter come out and give us an estimate, he went over all the features and benefits of the product, as well as all the additional perks that come with their service, such as fixing existing gutter and fascia issues, and installing extra screws on the front gutters to hang Christmas lights on We decided to go with them, and the installer showed up a couple days later, I was not home at the time of the install, however, when I arrived home, I noticed that the sofit under my second floor roof was hanging down and that was not the way it was prior to installation A couple days later, we had heavy rains and started getting water inside my dining room which has never happened before, it appears as the though the water was getting behind the gutter and into the sofit where it is hanging down My wife called Customer Service and they had someone come out to take a look, he blamed the leak on something totally unrelated and looked at the sofit He sa

I requested Leaf Filters to assess a leak in my gutters They advised me the leak was due to poor quality gutter guards and assured me that the Leaf Filter system would resolve the issue I paid $to have the system installed in June, I still have the initial leak and have been unable to have the issue resolved They have sent service people to my home over in the last monthsThe NJ office could not handle the issue, and I was referred to the Ohio office, and have contacted them at least times in months with no resolve I received a letter noting they had tried to contact me and since I did not respond, they consider the issue closed I NEVER received any calls, nor messages on my phones, and continue to request a refund or to have the initial issue fixed Since the installation, I have a new leak as well I have contacted the main office again, but do not expect any resolution based upon the last months of trying to work with them
