Review: I contracted with this firm to install a new bathroom and plumbing at my home. I gave them a deposit of $400 to start the process. Our contact date was November 24th 2015, to install and complete the shower installation. I left the check for the final payment with my wife to give the company when the installation was complete. At the end of the day the installers said they had failed to order the right size for the back wall of the shower. They promised to be back within "10 days" to replace it and install the soap dish. At the end of more than 10 days I called our representative [redacted] who said he would look into the matter and to email parties my concern and compalin which I did. He stated that if I did not receive a call back by December 14th he would personally "shake up everyone" because he said they were going on Xmas break on the 18th. Nothing happened so I called him and no response.

I am asking the Revdex.com to revoke their preferred status and for them to provide restitution for their failure to complete the job. Their one contract states "it is illegal to collect payment for a job that is not been completed". I expect that you will enforce this provision as part of your representation of this company.Desired Settlement: see the complaint filed with the contractor license board [redacted]

Unfortunately, the material we needed to complete Mr. [redacted]'s job was sent to us the wrong size. The delivery of the additional wall needed was held up due to a Vendor back order issue. As soon as we received the material from the vendor we contacted Mr. [redacted] to install. The installation was completed 01/06/16 and we thanked Mr. [redacted] for his patience with a partial refund.
