Review: We booked the Steelers Cruise they arranged and advertised so many things they did not deliver on. I paid 6500.00 for a cruise that normally costs 2000 based on their promises which never transpired. I was promised a fast pass to all autograph session, didn't happen, and even the 4 I did have, you couldn't get into the sessions cause they were full, promised a private lounge with the players, didn't happen, they had their own, promised a 5 day cruise with Hines Ward, Antonio Brown, Franco Harris etc...didn't happen, Hines and Antonio on board 2 days, Franco 5 hrs. Paid a lot of extra money for perks that were to be for my type of suite only, but if anyone went and complained, they were also given these tickets. Also, people complained they didn't get Wards autographs so they were given a private session. Was also promised a party with Hines Ward, no party, just him letting you get a picture with him. Such deceptive advertising that they made sure they pulled the website down before anyone got off the ship. Everyone on the ship complaining. Desired Settlement: I would like half of my money refunded from the trip. It cost me 6500.00.
