This letter is to inform you that Leaders Insurance Group has carried out to my satisfaction the resolution it proposed for my complaint, filed on...
3/**/2014 2:48:34 PM and assigned ID [redacted]. They returned a check for the amount of $700.00 to us that includes an application fee of the 40.00 paid to [redacted] to file the insurance with Texas General. Texas General charged us 236.05 for the 23 days of insurance that they said we did not qualify for so I am not happy with them. We will take the check and consider this matter closed as we are lucky we got any of it back. I will never recommend Leaders , Voyager or Texas General to anyone. [redacted]
